Behind the Music

My name is Brandon Rowell and I am from a small southern town. Growing up I  loved playing the guitar. As I got older the love of music stayed with me and I picked up the love for more of the wrong things like; alcohol and drugs. 
At the age of 21 everything changed. My health was failing me due to substance abuse. I had a young daughter and I didn't want her to grow up without her dad. Since alcohol and drugs were the cause of my health problems, I thought I would try Jesus. That was 15 years ago and I am still holding on to Him. 
Recently I started writing songs and was able to go to Nashville to make my first album. I don't know where God is taking me, but I want to be a humble, faithful servant.
